Arike Ogunbowale

Arike is an American professional basketball player. She is a member of the Dallas Wings Women's National Basketball Association. The team was selected with the 5th overall selection during the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings. Arike Ogunbowale was born on March 2nd, 1997 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Ogunbowale was crowned gold at the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championships, 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships and 2013 U18 FIBA 3x3 Championships. In July of 2014 she was chosen to join the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale is also a member of the ACC All-Freshman Team, after her debut season at a college. Kobe Bryant congratulated her after hitting several big shots at the NCCA Tournament. Ogunbowale's career in basketball is starting off well and she is expected to continue in that direction.
