Canadian actress best known for playing Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. In 2019 she began starring in CBSs Blood & Treasure. Her other credits include 2006's Earthstorm and 2005s The Perfect Neighbor. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, the daughter to Peter Silk who is an academic. Silk's wife Ilkay is a performer as well as a director, producer, and playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. A few of Annas first memories are of attending play rehearsals, and watching her mom do her job. Silk created a number of commercials while she was still a young teenager. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. In the beginning of her theater career she participated in 2 Theatre St. Thomas productions: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Samuel and Levi Their sons are named. The actress was in 2009 when she was cast as the main character in Lost Girl. CNN has recognized Bo Dennis and Lauren Assante as one of the most popular television Couples in history. E!
