Canadian screen actress, popularly known for her character Bo Dennis from Lost Girl. CBSs Blood & Treasure was her first appearance in 2019. Earthstorm (2006) and The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk a professor and Ilkay, an actor director producer playwright teacher and Director of Drama St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. One of Annas earliest memories revolve around going to play rehearsals and watching her mother perform. Silk appeared as a kid in a variety of commercials. She graduated from St. Thomas University with an Associate of Arts degree in 1997. The early stage work included at least two productions with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen.. She was married Seth Cooperman in 2009. Samuel Levi and Levi are their sons. Her character was Bo Dennis in Lost Girl which is a Canadian series. CNN recognized Bo's performance along with Lauren in Lost Girl as a same-sex couple as one of their top TV couples ever. E! named them the Top Television Couple in 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk was able to gain a large online following due to its influence on social platforms.
